Next Step PMD 2023 Awards
We are delighted to share some exciting news about the Next Step PMD team following our attendance at the Consultum dealer group annual conference.
Firstly, Roger Ellingworth's achievement of 40 years as a financial planner was recognised by a special "40 Years of Service award". This is an amazing milestone, with this award an important acknowledgement of Roger's dedication to the profession by his peers and the industry.
Another major achievement for the team was Matthew Smith winning the "Rising Star Award". This award is made to advisers with less than five years of service who best demonstrates the attributes of long-term success. Winners are selected based on their professional accomplishments, their contribution to their firm and high quality client service.
In further good news for the team, Alex Cao and Melinda Smith were finalists for the "Support Staff Member of the Year" - great recognition of the quality of service provided to our clients.
Finally, the Next Step PMD practice won the "High Achiever Award". This award acknowledges the practice that has demonstrated leadership and innovation in helping clients achieve their financial and lifestyle objectives. Along with this award, the practice was the runner up for the "Practice of the Year Award".
